Growth Hacker – Digital Marketing

• You will own and drive monetization performance for several mobile apps, with a strong focus on subscription growth and long-term value.
• Your responsibilities will include: Designing and running A/B tests and product experiments based on hypotheses, business goals and OKRs.
• Driving experimentation not only on onboarding, but across the full user journey (activation, conversion, retention, upsell).
• Continuously optimizing key metrics: conversion rate, LTV, ROAS, retention, payback.

Electrification M&A Growth Strategy, Origination Lead

• Own run reporting end-to-end: Maintain and improve the WBR/MBR data pipelines and dashboards — the weekly pulse of Qonto's Growth performance, read by the Blue Team.
• Drive AI-powered automation: Build on the automation work already started — use SQL, Google Sheets, and AI tools to make recurring reporting faster, more reliable, and less manual. This is a named Q2 team priority you'll own.
• Deliver ad hoc performance analyses: Answer sharp business questions on acquisition funnels, upsell, cross-sell, and conversion for Growth business partners and senior leadership.
• Support the compensation cycle: Contribute to target-setting data, bonus calculation checks, and tooling on Amalia — one of the highest-visibility workstreams in Growth.
