About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run Growth’s performance operating rhythm: steer performance reviews, bring clear narrative on performance.
- Lead strategic planning for Growth: own bottom-up budgeting and target-setting for the Growth department.
- Design Growth compensation: build and implement variable pay plans for Sales and other Growth functions.
- Act as the guardian of Growth’s operational measurement stack: define measurement standards across Growth.
- Lead and develop a senior team: engage four specialists, set direction, and develop careers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Analytical rigor: exceptional quantitative skills, commitment to unbiased analysis, ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- People management: experience leading senior, autonomous profiles and developing careers.
- Leadership and influence: capable of convincing skeptical stakeholders to change how they work without direct authority.
- Cross-functional fluency: experience working across Data, Finance, and business teams.
- Product-led growth background: understanding of marketing-heavy, product-led B2B businesses.
