About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, launch, and analyze experiments (CRO & A/B Testing) — you run tests end-to-end: headlines, pricing, offers
- Build funnels and assets (hands-on) — you map and construct funnels: Webflow landing pages, automations, tracking setup
- Identify and remove friction — proactively find drop-off points in the user journey
- Leverage AI — build prompt pipelines and lightweight automations; generate and iterate creatives with AI
- Analyze the data — regular use of GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity
- Contribute to channels and growth loops — collaborate with the team to test new acquisition angles and optimize growth loops
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years' experience in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products
- Demonstrable work you’ve built and shipped: tests, landing pages, automations, audience segments
- Daily use of AI to create leverage and solve complex problems
- French: Native or bilingual
- English: Fluent — able to discuss detailed topics with English-speaking colleagues
