B2B Acquisition and Performance Manager
Groupe TF1Market Acquisition and Performance Manager developing B2B marketing strategies for TF1's new advertising platform targeting SMEs. Responsible for KPI establishment and client retention efforts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define an innovative, high-performance marketing strategy to optimize acquisition and retention of a new TF1 Pub target: SMEs
- In coordination with our acquisition team, define and optimize the B2B acquisition channels to activate
- Design a B2B customer segmentation and manage the customer and prospect base using marketing automation tools
- Identify the marketing content to produce for SME audiences and coordinate with the sales, marketing and communications teams of the ad division
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis and implement a dashboard to track performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience with proven expertise in digital acquisition and retention strategy
- Prior experience in B2B marketing would be an advantage
- Mastery of media and CRM acquisition channels and familiarity with B2C conversion funnels
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and strong ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Strong organizational rigor and ability to secure operational progress on projects
- Understanding of Privacy/GDPR issues
