• Responsible for executing and overseeing the maintenance, repair, and qualification testing of analytical instrumentation (HPLC, UPLC, LC/MS, LC/MS/MS)

Experienced Field Service Engineer – Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spec

• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
• Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the systems
• Engage with customers to tailor service offerings, including training, support, and upgrades
• Maintain assigned assets including tools and service parts inventory
• Complete all administrative tasks such as time reporting and training

Field Service Engineer – Field Remote

• Provide support for Oracle hardware running Solaris and Linux operating systems, including ZFS Storage, Exadata, Oracle Database Appliances, and legacy Sun Microsystems hardware
• Provide on-site service desk coverage
• Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting users with hardware and software issues via email, phone, and instant messaging
• Maintain the on-site ticketing queue for hardware and software requests

• Maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness according to VMS guidelines to perform activities under the safest working conditions.

Field Service Engineer – Proton Therapy

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain enterprise hardware to maximize system availability and performance
• Conduct site surveys to assess existing configurations, infrastructure, and customer requirements
• Develop technical documentation, configuration diagrams, and records supporting system installations and infrastructure changes

• Install and service instrumentation with minimum direct supervision as requested

• Provide hands-on field and technical support for legacy telephone environments, VoIP and unified communications migrations, site surveys, cutover planning, testing, documentation, and transition-to-operations activities.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and mission-ready voice services for customers by coordinating with technical teams, validating requirements, resolving implementation issues, and supporting successful modernization outcomes in a customer-site environment.
• Assess legacy TDM telephone environments, including devices, circuits, analog lines, cabling, power, rack space, user counts, and supporting infrastructure.
• Document current-state voice architecture and identify migration requirements, technical dependencies, transition risks, and implementation timelines.
• Develop modernization and migration plans for transitioning users and devices from legacy TDM platforms to VoIP and unified communications solutions.
• Coordinate number porting, device replacement, dial plan validation, phased deployment activities, provisioning, feature setup, and service activation.
• Validate network readiness for VoIP implementation, including power requirements, gateway and switch compatibility, and integration with enterprise communications environments.
• Manage installation, configuration, activation, and testing of VoIP telephone devices and related services.
• Develop and execute cutover plans, including pre- and post-implementation testing of call routing, voicemail, emergency calling, user functionality, and service continuity.
