Key responsibilities & impact

Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the systems
Engage with customers to tailor service offerings, including training, support, and upgrades
Maintain assigned assets including tools and service parts inventory
Complete all administrative tasks such as time reporting and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA Bachelor Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 3 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment OR Associate Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 5 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment OR High School Diploma plus 7+ years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
Technical critical thinking skills
MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to travel by air, vehicle and/or other means of transportation (up to 50% travel)
