Conference Services Event Planner

• assesses and evaluates member needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitating interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members
• Provides specialized support for members receiving Long Term Services and Support (LTSS), with a focus on addressing health-related social needs (HRSNs), providing psychosocial support, and ensuring LTSS meets the member's service needs
• May support members residing in NFs by building relationships with facility staff, advocating for member care (including access to needed behavioral health services)
• Contacts members telephonically and face-to-face to establish goals and priorities, evaluate resources, develop plans of care, and identify LTSS providers and community partnerships to provide a combination of services and supports that best addresses the needs and goals of members and caregivers through person centered thinking approaches
• Focuses on supporting members and/or caregivers utilizing an interdisciplinary approach in accessing long term services and support, social, housing, educational and other services, regardless of funding sources to meet their needs
• Develops and modifies Individual Service Plans and involve applicable members of the care team in care planning (Informal caregiver coach, PCP, etc.)

Care Coach – Transition, Custodial Prevention

• The Event Sales Manager will report to the Director of Event Sales and be responsible for maximizing revenue with a focused approach on selling various event spaces as well as content development.
• This role will be responsible for selling and booking events, revenue goals will be achieved by cold calling, virtual and face to face meetings, networking in the community and researching new events and existing in market events to utilize available areas in the Deer District.
• Develop strategies and business plans to maximize event sales for Deer District venues
• Plan, execute and manage phone, email for all inbound and outbound sales
• Prospect and cold call new business via networking, previous contacts, trade, publications, and date base companies
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals
• Conduct market research for new leads, and opportunities to enhance event experiences
• Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, data capture and personal database management
• Build strong relationships and gain a deeper level of knowledge about potential customers, and the industry
• Provide weekly reports on sales activity and pacing for sales goals
• Attend team and community events for purpose of maximizing sales opportunities

• Conduct on site infection prevention assessments of healthcare facilities at UW Health
• Provide follow-up consultation around mitigation of identified infection prevention gaps
• Review policies and procedures, national standards to ensure compliance with best practices
• Consult on infection prevention initiatives and projects across the system
• Collaborate with the infection prevention leadership team to develop, implement and evaluate the infection prevention and control plan
• Incorporate improvement processes in collaboration with operational leaders to facilitate change in infection prevention throughout the UW Health System

Infection Prevention Specialist

Athletic Trainer – Events

• The Alumni Relations & Events Manager reports to the College of Engineering’s Advancement Manager and is a core member of the Advancement Office.
• This role provides daily management of a comprehensive program of alumni relations and coordination of the annual fund raising efforts for the College of Engineering.
• This position plays a key role in implementing alumni engagement and annual giving initiatives that support the strategic direction set by the Advancement Manager.
• Establishes and maintains communication links with internal and external constituencies.
• Oversees the implementation and management of assigned programs which includes the recruitment and coordination of a volunteer alumnus base
• Maintains and updates the alumni database to track engagement, attendance, and donations.
