About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver nursing care to patients
Contact practitioner to obtain orders
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and tasks as ordered
Provide emergency first aid care
Check and record vital signs and diagnostic tests
Triage officer intake screenings
Collect and record data for statistical reporting
Report reactions to treatments and medications
Provide patient education on policies and discharge planning
Collaborate and coordinate multiple medical services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active nursing license in the state in which services are to be provided, in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; hands-on training
Excellent documentation skills
Knowledge of the RN scope of practice
