About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a safety leader by following all safety procedures and promoting a safety-first culture
  • Operate Coater or Blown Film machines when qualified and as needed to cover absences or vacations
  • Order and maintain resin box inventory to ensure a steady supply for extrusion lines
  • Package mill rolls and manage scrap materials efficiently
  • Perform routine housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support 5S and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, including cross-training and flexible work assignments
  • Understand and support product safety requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable and able to understand a computer and programs
  • Possess adequate math, measurement, and reading skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality
