Sales and Marketing

• Responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of all AR follow-up, denial prevention, appeals, and various receivables across Boomerang Healthcare (BHC).
• Ensure aggressive, compliant, and timely recovery of revenue while minimizing aging AR and reducing denial rates.
• Oversee internal AR teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Billing Operations leadership, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, and Finance.
• Lead all AR follow-up functions across: Commercial, Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Self-pay.
• Establish and monitor KPI dashboards and other performance metrics.
• Develop AR work queue stratification models and present monthly AR performance to executive leadership.
• Oversee denial management team and implement structured denial root cause analysis process.

Associate Director – AR & Denial Prevention

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of events including tradeshows, conferences, internal programs, and virtual/hybrid events
• Coordinate logistics including: Venue sourcing and RFP development; Room block management and travel coordination; Food & beverage planning; Audio/visual and production requirements; Shipping and material handling
• Ensure all event elements align with government protocols, security considerations, and compliance standards where applicable
• Manage full lifecycle tradeshow logistics including: Exhibit coordination; Shipping and drayage; Booth setup and teardown; Power, internet, and A/V requirements; Staff registration, training, and scheduling
• Support execution of in-booth activations and ensure brand consistency and attendee engagement
• Maintain detailed run-of-show documents and logistics trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, leadership) and external vendors to ensure clear timelines, roles, and deliverables
• Own development and management of: Event websites and registration pages (e.g., Cvent), Email campaigns and attendee communications, Pre-event and post-event messaging
• Help ensure accurate, timely, and professional communication, particularly for high-visibility government audiences
• Monitor registration data and proactively flag risks or trends
• Provide logistical and technical support for virtual events using platforms such as: Microsoft Teams, Zoom for Government, Cvent, HubSpot
• Assist with speaker coordination, rehearsal scheduling, and live event support
• Troubleshoot real-time issues to ensure a seamless attendee experience
• Maintain project plans and timelines using tools such as Monday.com
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent events
• Identify risks early and escalate or resolve proactively
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency
• Serve as an on-site operational lead or support resource: Manage registration desks and attendee flow; Coordinate vendors and venue staff; Resolve real-time issues with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure a high-quality, detail-oriented attendee experience aligned with brand standards
• Track and compile event performance metrics including: Attendance and engagement; Campaign effectiveness; Operational outcomes
• Support post-event reporting and debriefs
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to evolving best practices

Event Operations Coordinator – Government & Defense Programs

• Conduct primarily telehealth video visits to members with the opportunity for a small volume of home based visits (drive to member’s home).
• In some instances when appropriate and compliant with licensure, you may also provide telehealth visits to members located in other geographies.
• Primarily perform comprehensive assessment visits (CAVs) including comprehensive diagnosis/disease review, medication review, and assessment for quality of care (STARS/HEDIS) interventions as well as social and home health/DME needs.
• Perform appropriate diagnostic tests including mobile screenings and fingerstick tests.
• Work closely with other members of the member’s care team including their PCP, specialists, and other Devoted team members including pharmacy, clinical nursing, and social work as well as interfacing with family members and caregivers in order to coordinate care for the member and deliver a collaborative care plan.
• Utilize our home grown electronic health information system for visits while also providing feedback on how to improve the interface.
• In certain geographies, there may be an infrequent weekend on-call component to support our clinical nurses who triage calls from our members during the weekend.

Bilingual Telehealth Preventative Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider – NP/PA

• Support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs
• Collect, review, and input accurate data into Ticketmaster Host system following procedural best practices
• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
• Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments when creating events and distributing information
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
• On-Call schedule rotation for after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities

Event Programmer

• Collecting, reviewing, and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster Host system following procedural best practices and established standards
• Verifying the output
• Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
• Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster Host system and identify and resolve event related errors
• Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations and support and client support, when creating events and distributing information regarding those events
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
• On-Call schedule rotation amongst the team; after hour, weekend and holiday client support responsibilities
• From time to time, will be responsible for other duties as assigned by, but not limited to, Senior Event Specialist, the EM Manager, or the Regional Director of Event Management
