About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing processes and projects that support the day-to-day needs of the event calendar
  • Coordinate all shipping and transport requests for NA events
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the asset warehouse
  • Support agency management, budget tracking, and fabrication requests
  • Lead coordination of all shipping and transport requests for NA events and experiences
  • Ensure adherence and governance of the event calendar
  • Inventory and catalog assets across agency partners, maintaining health and hygiene of assets
  • Coordinate new fabrication requests with agency partners in collaboration with event owners
  • Attend HOKA events as needed to assist in setup, teardown, and logistics of assets
  • Track budget and invoices for the team
  • Collaborate on event calendar in relation to asset management, event presence, and activation ideas
  • Organize Sharepoint, create deck templates, and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years related marketing experience; footwear/retail experience preferred
  • Previous experience organizing and supporting events and marketing initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective at preparing and presenting information and responding to questions from management, clients, and colleagues
  • Experience working in complex organizations, satisfying diverse needs, and managing competing priorities
  • Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to assist with event and promotion execution
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Positive, energetic working style
  • Knowledgeable in current fitness/running industry trends
  • Seeks out competitor data/activity and inspiration from other industries
