Junior Customer Support Representative – Tickets

• Responsible for solving tickets per week across various Remote verticals
• Maintain productivity standards, while ensuring high attention to detail with a healthy obsession with the customer journey and customer advocacy.
• Respond within agreed Service Level time to standard tickets via email and live messaging across all verticals
• Work in close collaboration with the Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams and Sales.

• Inbound calls of restaurants to help them solve their ordering and delivery challenges and provide effective solutions

• Call newly registered restaurants that have shown interest in a high daily volume. Follow a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 10 days
• Handle written communication channels, including reviewing and registering claims.
• Communicate with all related stakeholders across the company to ensure smooth resolution and information flow

• Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer support via email and live chat
• Assist players with account queries, payments, bonuses, verification, and general technical issues
• Support players across both Sportsbook and Casino products
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, promotions, and internal procedures
• Identify, investigate, and escalate more complex or technical issues when needed
• Ensure all support is delivered in line with responsible gaming policies and regulatory standards
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience through feedback and suggestions

Senior Customer Support Agent – Sportsbook, Casino

• Handle customer inquiries — including chatbot interactions — with a focus on written communication
• Analyze technical issues using logs and customer data
• Document recurring error patterns and collaborate closely with the internal development team
• Working hours align with German business hours, but the position is fully location-independent

Technical Customer Support

• Manage tickets end-to-end: intake, categorization, analysis, and resolution via Jira
• Handle GDPR requests: logging, documentation, coordination, and timely completion
• Support billing and finance workflows: invoice validation, clarifications, refunds, and adjustments
• Assist with financial operations processes within defined frameworks
• Provide basic technical support and escalate when needed
• Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, processes, and internal guidelines
• Maintain high-quality escalations with clear, complete, and accurate information
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows and recurring request handling
