- Manage customer interactions via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Dutch/Polish and English, additional will be added advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Available to work according to approximate Europe time zone: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Three hours per day
