About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Manage customer interactions via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English, additional will be an added advantage
- At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Available to work according to approximate Europe time zone: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Three hours per day
