• Support client + creative teams across the business to develop strategies and ideas that answer our clients briefs and exceed their expectations

Brand & Creative Strategist, Mid-Weight

• Lead advertising creative strategy — own the creative direction for ad creative across all channels, including TV/video, upper funnel brand work, and paid social.
• Drive messaging strategy — develop and maintain SURI advertising voice, tone, and messaging frameworks
• Write exceptional copy — produce high-quality scripts, headlines, and ad copy that balance brand and performance
• Manage and develop junior — oversee the Junior Creative Strategist’s output, provide creative direction, and support their development to ensure we build a best-in-class creative function.
• Own ad sequencing and creative feedback — guide editing direction, clip selection, and creative iteration
• Collaborate with channel managers — work closely with the performance and brand team to ensure creative is optimised for results

Senior Creative Strategist, Copywriter

• Produce high-volume ad copy — write and iterate on 600+ Meta ads per month, spanning static, video, and carousel formats
• Support campaign execution — work within creative frameworks set by the Senior Creative Strategist to deliver consistent, on-brand output
• Assist with ad sequencing and creative feedback — contribute to editing direction and clip selection under senior guidance
• Analyse performance data — review ad performance metrics and feed learnings back into creative iteration
• Collaborate with the performance team — work closely with channel managers to understand what’s working and why
• Grow into strategy — take on increasing creative strategy responsibility as you develop platform expertise

Junior Creative Strategist, Copywriter

• In this role, you’ll lead creative strategy for two of our flagship brands: Skull Bliss and Noro Arts
• Develop creative strategies and concepts for performance campaigns across Meta (and occasionally other platforms such as AppLovin or Google) for our brands Skull Bliss and Noro Arts
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to generate data-driven creative insights
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for our content team and collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and videographers
• Develop storylines, hooks, and visual directions for new ads (both video and image formats)
• Identify creative test hypotheses and translate key metrics (CTR, hook rate, ROAS, etc.) into actionable improvements
• Continuously optimize existing creatives based on performance data
• Research social media and advertising trends to refine and evolve our brands’ creative direction

• Own the people strategy for the department: performance management, progression frameworks, capacity planning, utilisation mapping and succession
• Coach Creative Leads into confident, autonomous leaders - through difficult conversations, client escalations, strategic thinking, team management and coaching
• Own department structure, org development, operations, hiring, and team retention
• Champion process improvement and identify bottlenecks before they become blockers - from briefing workflows to reporting cadences to production handoffs
• Drive accountability through clear KPIs and a rhythm of performance conversations that keep the department sharp

Head of Creative Strategy

• You'll join a six-person Creative Strategy leadership team: the Chief Creative Officer, the Head of Creative Strategy, three other Creative Leads, and you.
• Your remit is cross-departmental rather than pod-specific - you'll coach our Senior Creative Strategists layer to help increase strategic ability, and drive strong performance outcomes for our biggest brands.
• You will raise the creative quality bar across the pods you manage, and own the craft layer of how the department stays ahead of the game.
• This is a Creative Lead role with a department-wide focus. You won't own a pod or run an account directly, but 40% of your time is still billable - embedded in the strategic support of up to four senior strategists, coaching their thinking on the accounts they own.
• The other 60% is split across tier 1 account risk mitigation, departmental training sessions, new-joiner onboarding, and self-development.

Creative Strategy Lead

• Create and evolve core brand identity documents, ensuring the Joma Jewellery brand vision, tone of voice and styling are consistently communicated across all channels.
• Develop seasonal campaign identity toolkits including key messaging, imagery, hero products and graphic guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Product Teams, Art Directors and Creative Directors to shape and deliver future campaign concepts aligned to the marketing and seasonal calendar.

• Work closely with Ecommerce and Digital Marketing teams to ensure website templates, wireframes and creative outputs align with both brand identity and customer performance.
• Ensure senior stakeholders have visibility of creative direction, timelines and campaign progress.
• Support across any additional brands within the business where required.

Senior Creative Lead

• Write and develop campaign and brand plans, including brand voice, messaging, style, and content architecture
• Conduct creative discovery through research of UK market campaigns, social trends, and user behavior to identify winning messaging angles
• Develop strategic campaign concepts that turn insights into actionable blueprints for digital content
• Translate concepts into executable digital assets, taking ownership of production workflows for high-volume video ads, short-form scripts, and performance-driven content
• Partner with internal teams to analyze performance data (CTR, conversion rates, CPA) and iterate creative assets for optimal acquisition efficiency
• Ensure all content maintains alignment with BJAK’s new UK brand voice while pushing creative boundaries

Lead Creative Strategist

Performance Creative Strategist

• Set the creative vision and bar across Zable, work closely on the rebrand and its roll-out
• Translate brand strategy into a coherent creative system: identity, tone, design language, motion and video
• Own creative review across all marketing output — paid, lifecycle, organic, brand, partnerships, sponsorships
• Evolve the brand over time based on customer insight, performance data and market shifts
• Hire, manage and develop the creative pod — designers, video producers, freelancers and agency partners
• Set briefs, prioritise work and run a high-output, high-quality creative function
• Coach the team on craft, AI workflows and commercial thinking
• Define the operating model — in-house vs. agency vs. freelance — that scales with our ambition

Head of Creative

• Provide integrated creative solutions and campaigns that bring to life the content and ‘brand’ design
• Liaise with the client in a professional and helpful manner, proactively managing their expectations
• Support the business to manage and deliver client work, on time with accuracy
• Interpret and challenge the brief requirements, offering the best solution for clients
• Take responsibility for escalating or resolving, as appropriate, any client issues, regularly communicating updates to the Global Creative Director
