Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in performance creative, managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously
- Understanding of direct response creative and conversion drivers
- Strong opinions on performance across platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Ability to develop junior strategists and challenge senior ones
