• Act as an extension of the client’s human resources department to administer all aspects of the leave of absence and accommodation process for their employees.
• Complete all administrative tasks related to leave of absence and accommodation management utilizing a date-driven leave of absence system.
• Execute new leave requests, complete reminder phone calls, emails, and return to work communication.
• Determine eligibility for federal leave of absence and accommodation regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.), state leave regulations, and other client-specific leave policies.
