About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coach franchise owners to improve revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Analyze KPIs, financial statements, sales metrics, and operational reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and develop action plans that drive measurable results.
- Travel to franchise locations to provide in-field coaching and operational support.
- Lead virtual coaching meetings and follow-up accountability sessions.
- Assist with onboarding and launching new franchise locations.
- Deliver training on Honest Abe systems, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to help franchisees succeed.
- Identify operational challenges before they become business problems.
- Build trusted relationships while maintaining accountability to company standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience coaching, consulting, or leading multiple business locations.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Confidence leading difficult conversations with business owners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement.
- Franchise experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in multi-unit operations, business consulting, coaching, retail, home services, hospitality, or other operational leadership roles is highly valued.
