• Be the first point of contact and guide customers from the completed order through to vehicle handover
• Research the current status of orders in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles
• Maintain an overview of pending tasks at all times and help set priorities together with the team
• Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — using our unique glass truck and delivering directly to their doorstep!
