About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Telephone outreach to companies (B2B)
- Needs assessment and skilled conversation management
- Scheduling appointments with decision makers
- Documenting calls in the CRM system
- Close coordination with team leadership & project responsibility
- Follow-up calls & maintenance of existing contacts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills and a clear, friendly phone presence
- Enjoyment of selling, persuasiveness and target orientation
- Enjoyment of cold calling and actively approaching new customers
- Structured and independent way of working
- Experience in call centers, sales or customer service is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
