• Onboarding & account management: You lead new clients through our onboarding process in a structured manner and ensure that all requirements and goals are clearly defined.
• Ongoing client advisory: You act as a trusted point of contact for clients, respond to inquiries and provide actionable recommendations to optimize the collaboration.
• Collaboration management: You monitor KPI-based results (e.g., lead quality, appointment rate, conversion rates) and derive measures from them.
• Proactive relationship management: You identify risks, challenges or dissatisfaction early and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
• Upsell & cross-sell potential: You identify customer needs and propose suitable extensions of our services.
• Feedback loop: You systematically pass customer feedback to the team to continuously improve our processes, performance and product quality.
• Documentation: You maintain all relevant information accurately in the CRM and ensure transparency for internal teams.
