Inbound Call Center Agent

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling and processing inbound calls from credit card holders
- Managing emails and maintaining customer master data
- Advising on our online services, card terms and rewards programs
- Assisting with inquiries regarding credit card statements, associated services and the product range
- First point of contact for customers with complaints of any kind
- Correspondence with cardholders, banks and merchants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of providing phone-based advice
- Excellent written and spoken German (minimum C1 level)
- Clear, standard German without a strong regional dialect
- Enjoyment in working with various IT systems
- English skills desirable but not required
- Clean basic police certificate (no entries) and a signed internal declaration confirming your financial affairs are in order (e.g., no personal insolvency or wage garnishment)
