About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You advise our customers on credit insurance matters following loan completion.
- You ensure high customer satisfaction through a strong service orientation.
- You identify each customer's individual needs and support them with tailored solutions.
- You act as an expert for our customers and provide telephone advice on the relevant insurance products.
- You take customers' individual preferences into account.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales or telesales).
- You are service-oriented and have a strong interest in loans.
- You are a strong communicator and convince customers with your open and professional telephone manner.
- You are highly reliable and work in a committed, proactive way.
- You are eager to develop professionally, highly motivated, and ready to grow with us.
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a commercial/business field.
