• As a Junior Recruiter (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process (from briefing to contract signing) in the Sales area.
• You will use various recruiting channels such as social media, marketing campaigns, referrals, job boards, sourcing tools, etc. We also welcome your new ideas.
• You will analyze the current recruitment process, identify areas for improvement, lead optimization projects and unlock your true potential.
• You will contribute to recruiting optimizations on topics such as employer branding, candidate experience, automation and much more.
• And of course you will roll up your sleeves and step in when your colleagues need help — we are a team!
