About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the first point of telephone contact and assist customers with general inquiries
Lighten the load for our Sales team by handling customer inquiries outside the sales process
Research order status in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure a smooth customer journey
Meet your personal targets and the team's goals regarding quality and quantity
Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — with our unique Glastruck delivered directly to their door!

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some experience in dialog marketing / call center or in private customer service
You enjoy talking on the phone and have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
You bring a positive attitude and strong commitment to achieving self-set goals
Fluent German skills, both spoken and written — English is a plus, and confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
