• Provides strategic communications, content development, and presentation support for the Strategic Growth and Partnerships (SGP) team, and other SRM teams as needed.
• Develop briefs, presentations, talking points, and related materials for internal and external audiences by translating data, market insights, and organizational information into clear, compelling products.

Strategy Analyst

• The Application Analyst is primarily responsible for the development, deployment, post-implementation support, product design and testing cycles of the Maestro Care (Epic) Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• This includes planning, performing, managing, and supporting identified supported application users in the Duke environment.
• Modules supported by the team include OpTime, Anesthesia and Perioperative Clinical Applications.
• The analyst will work closely with Epic, other Maestro Care and Clinical applications teams and to create and carry out deployment tasks, clinical workflow interpretation, and participate in Maestro Care application build, testing and support.

Application Analyst – Level 1 or 2, Optime, Anesthesia, Perioperative Clinical

• Analyze procurement and supplier data to identify opportunities to improve service, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier performance
• Support sourcing initiatives, contract management activities, inventory planning, and vendor relationships
• Conduct analysis of commodity volumes, buying habits, and vendor performance

• Formatting, reviewing and validating insurance company statistical data feeds reported to industry regulators on behalf of insurance companies.
• Running formatting and data validation programs, evaluating data quality results, performing financial reconciliations and creating analysis reports for clients
• Assisting in consultations with clients which incudes providing explanations of edit results, recommendations for coding and financial changes and updating companies on reporting requirements.

Statistical Analyst

• Manage end-to-end export operations from documentation and classification to carrier coordination and claims resolution
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign import/export regulations
• Prepare customs invoices, commercial documentation, and shipping labels for export orders
• Track shipments from origin to destination and maintain timely status updates for stakeholders
• Run denied party and sanctions screening on every export
