Account Manager

• Own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts with full accountability for net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion targets.
• Serve as the primary executive relationship owner post-sale.
• Develop and execute account plans that map customer business objectives to Upbound's platform capabilities.
• Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and upsells.
• Drive platform adoption and usage by partnering with Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success.

• Contribute directly to Global Partnership success by engaging a portfolio of global donors.
• Prepare high-quality impact reports that clearly demonstrate project outcomes and social impact.
• Work closely with the Global Grants Lead to ensure all impact data is accurate and reports are submitted on time.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with functional and country teams to ensure project success.
• Lead a portfolio of funder accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for donors (as appropriate), functions, and country teams, addressing their needs in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with country and functional teams in an efficient and effective way to compile funder reports, ensure project progress and get to resolution on challenges quickly.
• Proactively identify challenges and/or delays and address them effectively with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Prepare and execute timelines for report submissions, accounting for rounds of reviews, iterations, and potential platform issues.
• Draft impact reports and presentations for funders that are compelling and accurate (with the Global Grants Lead), requiring minimal oversight.

Global Partnerships Manager – Secondee

• Develop and execute GRUBBRR's channel strategy and long-term partner vision.
• Build scalable partner programs, incentives, onboarding frameworks, and engagement models.
• Establish partner tiers, certifications, performance metrics, and partner success criteria.
• Develop repeatable processes for partner recruitment, enablement, co-selling, and ongoing growth.
• Create partner business plans designed to drive long-term mutual success.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners throughout North America.
• Develop relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), POS dealers, payment providers, systems integrators, consultants, referral partners, and strategic technology partners.
