About the role
- Run the Enterprise segment in the South (Southeast + TOLA) and achieve revenue goals
- Lead and coach a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture
- Develop and execute outbound pipeline strategies and sales programs in collaboration with corporate sales
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Engage with partners to identify opportunities that enable channel velocity and team success
- Monitor team performance, ensure alignment with Zscaler’s core values, and identify training and development opportunities to promote upward mobility
- Report to the Area Vice President of Enterprise Sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing 1st-line leaders
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong expertise in sales methodologies, territory planning, and resource allocation
- Must be located in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia or Texas
- Proven ability to attract and retain top-performing sales professionals (preferred)
- Experience with SaaS business models, particularly in enterprise security (preferred)
- A track record of driving organizational change and scaling processes effectively (preferred)
