Engineer

• Automate manual processes
• Work cross-functionally to configure HL7 connections
• Troubleshoot connection issues and other complications
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal Zotec employees as well as Zotec clients
• Analyze and manipulate data by writing and running SQL queries
• Analyze logs to identify and prevent potential issues from occurring
• Utilize Javascript/SQL knowledge to write custom processes and modify data files
• Develop custom interfaces and extracts from SQL Data
• Create custom Reporting methods using Mirth Connect
• Maintain Mirth Connect system by addressing failures/errors, and upgrades, in addition to allocating system resources
• Complete all other duties as assigned
• Participate in the on-call rotation and address on call items timely and to resolution
