Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the mid-market space (organizations with 100 to 300 employees)
Develop deep understanding of prospects' go-to-market challenges and position ZoomInfo solutions
Manage sophisticated sales cycles ranging from two weeks to six months, including discovery, presentations, proof of concept requests, multi-threading, and proposals
Employ a structured yet flexible sales approach adaptable to various buying processes and timelines
Lead negotiations for deals ranging from $15k to over $100k and navigate contract complexities
Engage and align multiple stakeholders, including senior executives, to achieve consensus
Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate solution value and maintain long-term client relationships
Maintain robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast to meet quarterly and annual targets
Prospect into key target accounts via email outreach, cold calling, and social networking
Collaborate with a paired SDR and share best practices across the team
Leverage CRM tools to track and analyze sales activities
Continuously gather market and competitor intelligence and contribute insights to sales and marketing teams
Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager
Requirements
3+ years of experience in prospecting and self-sourcing opportunities
Demonstrated experience in managing complex sales cycles within the mid-market sector
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools
