The ZoomInfo Demand Generation team is looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven marketer to help drive our demand channels.
This role will drive the strategy and execution behind some of our top performing channels here at ZoomInfo. This role will set the standard for best practices in the industry for how to use our demand channels to more deeply engage our key audiences/personas and drive pipeline & ACV.

STRATEGY: Partner with our Sr Manager, Performance Marketing to set the strategy for global, persona based, account based webinars, website experiences & other digital activations that deliver against business/marketing priorities, including brand awareness, integrated campaigns, market trends, thought leadership, and supporting product announcements; Connect programs to brand themes to maximize overall marketing investments and ensure continuation of prospect/customer journeys; Push the boundaries of how digital experiences are designed, how we use the our webinar platform and how we engage our audiences; Partner with key stakeholders in Analytics, Content, Website, Social, Product, Product Marketing, Partner, and Sales teams to align on strategy, plan, and what success looks like.
EXECUTION: Create unique, memorable, best in class journeys and that change the way we engage online; Manage end to end execution of programs using comprehensive project tracking and fine attention to detail; Create templates/repeatable programs for use by the greater marketing team; Brief in strategy and kick off programs to partners on the marketing team and cross-functional teams including Sales, present to leadership on occasion; Create or refine processes to drive effective and streamlined programs.
REPORTING: Deliver reporting/ROI analysis against webinar and digital experiences’ goals and objectives; Use the webinar platform, Marketo, Tableau and Salesforce reports to track campaign/program performance - update/report to leadership regularly; Use data and analytics to draw insights & continually optimize campaigns; inform internal stakeholders of performance (eg: Content, PMM, Product teams); Main business KPIs will be program efficiency and effectiveness in terms of: responses & engagement, pipeline contribution, SQL conversion and revenue growth.
Requirements
BA/BS in marketing or related field
5-8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS
3-4 years using webinar software, integration with SFDC and Marketo a plus
Experienced webinar and virtual events manager with strong program management background
Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel campaigns including video, digital, social, experiential, etc.
Ahead of the latest experiential innovations in the industry and are comfortable with taking calculated risks in order to drive impactful experiences
Experienced using AI to shape strategy, push creativity, and streamline execution
Incredibly detail oriented and possess impeccable communication and writing skills
Inquisitive and innovative - test and learn mentality with a hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth
Experience reporting on campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau
Experience using analytics to draw insights & continually optimize campaigns.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; data driven mindset
Strong project management skills, highly organized and strong attention to detail
Motivated, self-starter attitude, ready to come to the table with ideas
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
