About the role
- Strategy & Transformation Vision: Develop and execute long-term technology strategies to transform the M&A integration lifecycle, focusing on enhancing the tools and processes used by our internal integration teams to support acquisition success.
- Business Analysis: Assess the current technology landscape and operational processes of our M&A integration teams, identifying highest impact opportunities for technological enhancement, automation, and efficiency gains.
- Research & Evaluation: Develop evaluation framework and conduct ongoing product research to analyze emerging technologies against our business needs.
- Roadmap & Portfolio Management: Manage our roadmap and ongoing prioritization conversations based on business value and delivery capacity.
- Collaboration with cross-functional M&A partner teams to ensure alignment on strategy, roadmap, and adoption across the business.
- Technology Implementation & Operations: Partner closely with technical teams on business requirements, UX design, testing, and deployment. Partner with business stakeholders on upstream process and data refinement. Manage ongoing operational responsibilities, such as configuration changes, no-code development, agent testing and bug fixes.
- Adoption & Upskilling: Drive the strategic enablement, adoption, and optimization of AI tools and platforms, including driving change management and training initiatives to upskill our workforce.
- Monitoring & Refinement: Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of technology deployments and AI initiatives, demonstrating tangible business value. Optimize the performance of AI agents by measuring, refining and enhancing them.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies and AI trends, advising on their potential application to optimize M&A integration processes and team productivity. Develop best practices and playbooks, contributing to the continuous maturation of our M&A innovation practice. Craft and tell the “Customer Zero” story to our customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, M&A integration, enterprise programs, or a similar role focused on large-scale technology transformation.
- Experience conducting product research & evaluation to formulate a technology strategy and roadmap, sustaining an ongoing understanding of emerging technologies and how they map to business needs.
- Proven experience with AI technologies , including understanding of various AI applications, deployment strategies, prompt & context engineering, and ROI measurement.
- Understanding of the M&A integration lifecycle, integration planning and execution, and experience orchestrating highly cross-functional programs.
- Business analysis skills to map and analyze functional processes, translating into technology business case and requirements, and leading testing and deployment readiness activities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of complex technology projects in an enterprise environment from strategy through execution, partnering with high level stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
- Change enablement & adoption proficiency : Ability to drive technology adoption and skill development.
