Shape and expand marketing efforts across PLG and eCommerce platforms, aligning with business goals and customer segments to fuel growth
Take end to end ownership of customer lifecycle communications and engagement across our PLG motion, driving activation, retention, and expansion through in-app experiences, lifecycle email, and go-to-market campaigns
Plan, design and launch in-app messaging, onboarding tours, and contextual pop-ups aligned with onboarding and activation goals
Map and optimize the entire PLG customer journey and drive go-to-market communications for PLG initiatives such as webinars, newsletters and content launches
Own and refine marketing strategies for PLG and eCommerce funnels by implementing measurement frameworks to evaluate effectiveness and reduce drop-offs
Develop dashboards to monitor conversions, product usage, and eCommerce transactions and leverage insights to optimize performance
Partner with the broader growth team to harmonize marketing and digital strategies across ZoomInfo and subsidiaries, including NeverBounce and Datanyze
Hands-on, cross-functional collaboration with PLG, eCommerce, and Growth & Optimization teams to ensure a seamless, personalized user journey
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, demonstrating success in leading eCommerce and digital strategy initiatives within the B2B SaaS domain
Experience driving communication strategy for freemium or trial-based products
Background working with sales-led and PLG motions simultaneously
Experience in building and executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys that drive self-serve conversion and activation
Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and deriving actionable insights from complex data sets
Experience with Salesforce
Skilled in marketing automation tools to streamline processes, personalize customer interactions, and measure campaign effectiveness
Knowledge of A/B testing platforms to conduct strategic tests and improve conversion rates across digital channels
Experience with project management tools to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Creative problem solver focused on optimizing user experience and conversion rates through innovative content and funnel strategies
