About the role

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and reach potential clients interested in IT services.
  • Utilize various channels including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and introduce our services.
  • Build a solid pipeline by qualifying leads and setting appointments for follow-up meetings.
  • Present service offerings effectively, articulating value propositions and addressing client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT services or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines and understanding the sales process.
  • Knowledge of customer service solutions would be an added advantage.
