Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for the Asian / Pacific market.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, vehicle builders, and partners to drive business growth.
Increase revenue and market share.
Identify and evaluate potential new distributor partners to expand our market coverage and increase sales penetration.
Develop and present market and product launch plans for all new product introductions to the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats to formulate effective sales strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics affecting Europe.
Research and develop a network of contacts amongst the Emergency Service providers, Military and Government, International and National individuals, and like-minded organizations with whom Ferno can work in partnerships across the region.
Ensure delivery of all contracts are effectively managed and fulfil all contractual commitments.
Provide accurate and on-time financial information such as budgets, targets, commit forecasts and opportunity statuses for reviews and reporting.
Identify Tenders that are posted within the region and engage with the Ferno network to maximize our product offering and submission pack through the European Dealers.
Coordinate Ferno’s representation on the CEN standards committee with Ferno Engineering, Product Management, Regulatory, and Ferno’s Dealer Network.
Work with Ferno’s Distribution Network to expand Ferno’s presence on the CEN committee.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible capital equipment sales experience is required.
Proven track record of successful sales management and achievement of revenue targets in Asia / Pacific Market.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of the Asia / Pacific Market, cultural nuances, and business practices.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales analytical tools.
Willingness to travel within Asia / Pacific Market as needed
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Fluency in English required, other languages are a plus.
