About the role
- Drive new business through lead generation and outbound sales activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed revenue and GP targets
- Build strong relationships with key customers to encourage engagement and growth
- Maintain in-depth product and industry knowledge to support customer needs
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within the target market
- Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and increase market reach
- Monitor and report on sales performance and regional market conditions
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to growing your territory
- Solid understanding of sales strategy and customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
- Experience using CRM
- Experience working remote/autonomous role
