About the role
- Support ZOLL's efforts to fit/sell the LifeVest through receipt and processing of required documentation.
- Act as liaison between ZOLL and Patient Service Representatives to ensure quality and accuracy of patient and order information.
- Communicate with ZOLL Patients, PSRs or Territory Managers regarding documentation retrieval and information verification.
- Maintain documentation and recordkeeping pertaining to prescriptions and installation of the LifeVest.
- Identify and select incoming fax documents classes and ensure delivery to appropriate departments.
- Data entry of critical information from incoming documents.
- Create new patient accounts and record necessary demographic information.
- Contact LifeVest patients or emergency contacts for shipping information for secondary component submission.
- Work with PSRs/Territory Managers to retrieve valid patient agreements through exception tracking.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect when necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Work various shifts as needed and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- May be required to work a set number of predetermined holidays
- Ability to sit and talk or hear for extended periods
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
