About the role

  • Serve as the face of Zippy, providing best-in-class service and supporting customers’ home ownership journey
  • Assist customers over the phone with website assistance, escrow, payment options, and payoff requests
  • Conduct outbound calls to welcome customers and handle inbound/outbound customer service calls
  • Process loan payments and perform appropriate account maintenance
  • Adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining high quality of work
  • Utilize learning materials during calls and implement knowledge with speed and accuracy
  • Meet and/or exceed team, quality, and customer service goals
  • Collaborate within the servicing team; potential career growth into supervisory roles, escrow, property taxes, and more

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage or servicing customer service
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction and quality reviews
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to maintain and ensure a high level of integrity
  • Proactive and self-motivated; comfortable with high responsibility in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort learning new technologies (Loan Pro, FICS, OneDrive, Asana, proprietary software)
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin
