About the role

  • This job is posted in multiple locations. When not at a client site, consultants work from their home office. Relocation is not required.
  • Begin at Clarkston in Summer 2026 by attending New Associate Bootcamp, a paid 5-week intensive training program
  • Bootcamp includes training classes, knowledge assessments, case studies, e-learning, self-study materials, practical exercises, presentations, and team activities
  • After Bootcamp: deliver business solutions to life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients
  • Possible roles: business analysis, process improvement, technical development, data modeling, training, and organizational change
  • Develop real-world knowledge of how major corporations work
  • Deliver client-focused business solutions and gain problem-solving skills
  • Receive support and mentorship, and expand skills with professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Bootcamp Training Program is only open to current college seniors/master's degree students graduating Fall/Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Hard-working, motivated and collaborative individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable with 30–50% travel
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a technical mindset
  • Organizational skills, project experience, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Eagerness to learn quickly, take on new challenges, and contribute to team success
