• Serve as the primary client services contact that works to coordinate with client contacts and our CX & Strategy team members, as well as between both those groups and other internal Zeta Global service divisions (creative, technology, operations etc.)

• Evolve the architecture beyond its current foundation: Build on today’s cleanroom-based implementation and design equivalent capabilities across additional cloud and data platforms (e.g., AWS- and Databricks-based architectures) while preserving zero-copy, security, and enterprise trust guarantees.

• Enterprise Sales who understands the Martech landscape and will have sold SaaS or Cloud solutions, inclusive of a SaaS ‘licensing model’ and/or ‘consumption model’ (i.e. ‘messaging’, such as email volume, sms, etc.)
• You have experience working with large Enterprise companies and have sold 6-figure and 7-figure ARR deals, typically with sales cycles 6-12 months long.
• The candidate is a ‘hunter’, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and prospect, as well as work with different cross functional teams on strategy to generate and increase pipeline and progress deals to closure.
• The candidate is adept at taking their account list, developing a territory plan and in turn creating account plans for their key accounts.
• The candidate knows how to ‘team sell’, by fostering a collaborative environment and engage, lead and coordinate resources across different functional teams in order to accelerate and win deals.

Enterprise Sales Director – Loyalty

• Serve as primary point person for any/all campaign requests communication with clients, including creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, etc.
• Rapidly acquire a deep and technical understanding of Zeta’s core offerings, campaign analyses, competitive solution advantages, and the processes that power them with the ability to articulate the benefits of each persuasively to prospects and customers.
• Own creative tracking and project management across all campaigns, including creative intake, version control, approvals, revisions, launch readiness, and post-launch updates, ensuring timelines, requirements, and dependencies are clearly documented and met.
• Conceptualize and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams to meet client goals.
• Liaise with both internal and external teams, maintaining clear documentation and accountability to track deliverables.
• Monitor both internal and third-party reporting for features like pacing, performance and budgetary purposes.
