💰 CA$70,000 - CA$75,000 per year
About the role
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, cold-call, email, LinkedIn — get meetings and close MSP partners
- Hone outbound messaging and test new plays until repeatability is found
- Partner with leadership to shape GTM while driving outbound independently
- Prove the model, document what works, hire the next reps, and build the sales function into a team
- Serve as the voice of sales: provide feedback on what lands, stalls, and where ZeroTek wins
- Leverage sales tools (HubSpot Sales Enterprise, ZoomInfo, Arrows, Fellow AI Notetaker) to manage pipeline and collaboration
- Report directly to CEO and work closely with Partner Success, Technical Solutions, and RevOps
- Travel occasionally for team meetups, channel events, and major conferences
Requirements
- 5–10 years in SaaS/IT sales with hands-on prospecting experience
- Experience as a founding AE / first sales hire / player-coach in an early-stage company
- Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting through close
- Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
- Strong understanding of MSPs (bonus if sold into or through them before)
- Relentless drive; willingness to cold-call, test messaging, and learn fast
- Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot Sales Enterprise, ZoomInfo, Arrows, Fellow AI Notetaker) preferred
- Must be located in Canada / not accepting candidates outside of Canada
- Preference for candidates in Ottawa or EST timezone
