About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM (AE, CSR, Marketing, Success) and Engineering (Full-stack, Infra, Product, Data) roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles, write JDs, and design interview plans
- Source, screen, and guide candidates through a structured, brand-forward experience
- Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and hiring manager syncs with velocity
- Flex capacity based on business need (e.g., prioritize CSR class builds in HTX; focus on Eng reqs in Toronto hub)
- Drive ATS hygiene and reporting (Ashby) to keep leadership aligned on pipeline health
- Be an ambassador for The Homie Way in every candidate interaction
Requirements
- 2–3 years full-cycle recruiting in tech/SaaS; experience across GTM + Engineering strongly preferred
- Comfortable flexing across multiple functions, priorities, and hiring managers
- Strong sourcing chops (LinkedIn, Github, outbound outreach)
- Experience building structured interview plans and guiding hiring managers through a consistent, effective hiring process
- Hustle, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in an AI-first, high-velocity environment
- Ability to work hybrid in a Homebase hub (required in-office days: Tuesday-Thursday); relocation assistance not provided
