Meet or exceed revenue targets to facilitate overall growth in P2P event fundraising
Develop and execute comprehensive peer-to-peer fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals for the Peaks and Team ZERO programs
Implement and develop strategies to recruit, engage, and retain individual fundraisers
Serve as the daily contact and peer-to-peer fundraising coach for the Peaks Challenge and Team ZERO Endurance program
Responsible for the acquisition of new participants for the Peaks Challenge and Team ZERO Endurance Programs
Analyze data, KPIs, reports and demographics and other data points necessary for program success
Provide customer service and support to fundraisers throughout their campaign via email, calls, text, etc.
Enhance and provide new resources annually to program participants
Develop a tangible sense of community and support within event teams and nationwide network
Recognize and analyze fundraising gaps and opportunities and compile fundraising data to highlight key metrics
Report to the Vice President, P2P Fundraising and Events and work closely with the P2P Team and Marketing Team

Requirements
4-6 years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising or development
Proven track record of developing and executing successful relationships with event fundraisers
Mission-driven individual who wants to make an impact
Strong multi-tasking skills to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in peer-to-peer fundraising platforms (Luminate Online, TeamRaiser, etc.)
Experience with Raisers Edge NXT and data analysis tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred: Social Fundraiser or Development Coordinator experience
Preferred: Prior experience within a fast-moving nonprofit organization
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to travel nationwide approximately 25% of the time
Physical requirements: constant use of a computer and other office productivity equipment; prolonged periods stationary at least 50% of the time; ability to communicate information and exchange accurate information
