About the role
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy care and individualized treatment sessions
- Evaluate, treat, and manage patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty
- Collaborate with teammates, participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning
- Pursue clinical specializations and continuing education (Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatrics, Neuro, etc.)
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized patient treatment plans
- Mentor students and potentially become a certified clinical instructor
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
