• Advise the Chief Operating Officer, CEO, and other senior leaders on all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, investment priorities, and long-term financial strategy.

• Assist with the Run/Walk portfolio focusing on driving fundraising, sponsorships, and event management.
• Lead existing volunteer committees and build new executive volunteer committees.
• Execute sponsorship renewals, prospecting and cold calling to bring in new business.
• Monitor performance of fundraisers and fundraising teams.
• Develop and execute grassroots outreach plans to attract participants, teams, and sponsors.
• Develop and execute volunteer plans for pre-race and race day.
• Make outbound touchpoints to increase the number of participants for events.
• Work to identify prospective fundraising teams and engage them in fundraising efforts.

Regional Development Manager

Events

• Meet or exceed revenue targets to facilitate overall growth in P2P event fundraising
• Develop and execute comprehensive peer-to-peer fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals for the Peaks and Team ZERO programs
• Implement and develop strategies to recruit, engage, and retain individual fundraisers
• Serve as the daily contact and peer-to-peer fundraising coach for the Peaks Challenge and Team ZERO Endurance program
• Responsible for the acquisition of new participants for the Peaks Challenge and Team ZERO Endurance Programs
• Analyze data, KPIs, reports and demographics and other data points necessary for program success
• Provide customer service and support to fundraisers throughout their campaign via email, calls, text, etc.

Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Manager

Email Marketing Manager

• Develop and manage ZERO’s organization-wide email and digital marketing calendar aligned with strategic goals across fundraising, events, programs, advocacy, and awareness
• Build and execute email and digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content planning, segmentation, A/B testing, automation, deployment, and performance reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, programs, communications, and digital teams to translate goals into engaging email campaigns
• Partner with Development to support revenue-generating initiatives (Peer-to-Peer campaigns, Giving Days, Endurance Events, Annual Appeals)
• Support Run/Walk, Peaks, Fundraise Your Own Way and Endurance events teams with email series to drive registration, engagement, fundraising, and retention
• Support broader digital marketing efforts including website updates, paid digital campaigns, SEO, and analytics in partnership with agency partners and internal teams
• Manage and grow email segmentation and personalization strategies to improve open and click-through rates, user journeys, and conversions
• Continuously optimize subject lines, copy, design, and send times using A/B and multivariate testing
• Monitor deliverability, maintain list health, and enforce best practices for CAN-SPAM compliance and privacy regulations

Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer Events Operations

Content Marketing Manager

• Write and edit copy for all ZERO marketing including email, website, social, fundraising, events, and printed materials. Develop and maintain messaging that aligns with ZERO’s voice and values. Collaborate with designers and Social Media Manager, as well as other contributors across the organization, to ensure copy is on-brand, on-strategy, and works seamlessly with visuals. Optimize written content for quality, clarity, and performance across channels (web, email, social, etc.). Ensure social media content aligns with brand voice and quality standards. Support development of messaging frameworks and copy templates for scalable use across departments. Champion brand voice and guidelines across the organization, acting as a resource and editor for cross-functional teams. Collaborate on brand and marketing campaigns, including overarching concepts, headlines, and taglines. Bring unique ideas for engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Utilize AI and other tools for proofing and to ensure high-quality content. Demonstrate project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple requests, even with limited resources. Manager, Copy and Content

Develop, implement, oversee, and evaluate initiatives that educate and support Veterans at risk of and living with prostate cancer.
Facilitate a national convening that brings together a broad coalition of organizations working with Veterans and prostate cancer stakeholders.
Conduct a national, multi-faceted needs assessment and landscape analysis.
Develop an action plan from landscape analysis findings to inform future program development.
Develop a framework for measuring impact and informing practice.
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure strong internal Veterans program communication and integration.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Veteran-related matters.
Provide oversight to ZERO’s volunteer Veterans Advisory Board.
Design, implement, and evaluate Veteran-focused programs and an online Veterans Prostate Cancer Resource Center.
Build relationships with Veteran organizations, community groups, and local businesses.
Organize events and workshops to promote ZERO’s programs and educate and engage Veterans.
Track program outcomes and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Advocate for Veterans' rights and benefits and work with Government Relations and Advocacy team.
Stay informed about legislation and policies affecting Veterans.
