- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle across multiple functions, from scoping to offer.
- Talent Strategy & Market Mapping: Anticipate needs, research talent markets, and build pipelines proactively.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen our reputation in the market and ensure a top-notch candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver hiring plans.
- Process Optimization & Reporting: Improve workflows and track key recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in gaming, tech, or startups
- Proven track record hiring for technical, art, business, and leadership/executive roles
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Data-driven approach with focus on quality and efficiency
- Fluency in English and Russian
