  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle across multiple functions, from scoping to offer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in gaming, tech, or startups
  • Proven track record hiring for technical, art, business, and leadership/executive roles
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
  • Data-driven approach with focus on quality and efficiency
  • Fluency in English and Russian
