Product Manager

• Own the Core team product roadmap: define, prioritize, and maintain it in alignment with the GM's strategic direction
• Translate product goals into clear initiatives with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Work closely with Game Design, Analytics, and LiveOps to ensure initiatives are well-defined and well-executed
• Use data to inform prioritization and evaluate results - partnering with Analytics, not replacing them
• Align Growth on upcoming features and releases
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers
• Maintain a clear picture of what the team is working on, what's at risk, and what's next

Designer

• Own meta-game systems: progression, hero advancement, seasonal loops, long-term engagement mechanics
• Design and balance the in-game economy: currencies, sinks and sources, offer structure, reward systems
• Conduct an audit of the existing meta and economy as your first priority - understand what's there before changing it
• Collaborate with LiveOps on event design and reward structures
• Work with Analytics to define success metrics and evaluate performance
• Drive improvements and set direction for meta and economy systems
• Provide guidance and feedback to other designers where needed
