About the role

  • Acting as a strategic advisor and talent partner to hiring managers across IT, Product, AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning functions.
  • Designing tailored hiring strategies based on data, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Leading full-cycle recruitment, from briefing to offer, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Proactively sourcing top talent and building strong, diverse pipelines – including passive candidates.
  • Providing ongoing market intelligence and insights to help shape hiring decisions and expectations.
  • Managing multiple roles with efficiency, while maintaining high standards and delivering against key metrics.
  • Navigating complex negotiations with candidates, aligning their expectations with our EVP.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (Lever), while championing best recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • A seasoned Tech recruiter with end-to-end hiring experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A strategic thinker who sees recruitment as more than just a process – it's about impact, influence, and growth.
  • An excellent communicator and partner, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Confident in sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and various tools like HireEZ, TestGorilla, Notion, and Google Suite.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a relentless drive to deliver quality results.
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
  • Flexible and adaptable – you thrive in change and know how to pivot when needed.
  • A strong negotiator who can bridge gaps between candidates and company expectations.
