Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, compensation, and effective talent acquisition strategies.

Drive continuous improvement in the recruiting process, focusing on efficiency, quality of hire, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Product Management and/or Product Content roles (e.g., Product Marketing, UX Writing, Technical Content Strategist).
Proven track record of successfully hiring senior and niche technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment across Europe.
