About the role
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring on-time renewals and long-term retention for North American clients
- Proactively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions
- Leverage data and insights to uncover growth opportunities and demonstrate value
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to improve our offerings
Requirements
- Positive and growth mindset with a default to proactivity
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, in SaaS or technology (preferably HR technology)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through renewals and expansion.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
- Business acumen to understand customer challenges and connect them to Zensai’s solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven account management and accurate forecasting
- A proactive, accountable problem-solving mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
