About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring on-time renewals and long-term retention for North American clients
  • Proactively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Leverage data and insights to uncover growth opportunities and demonstrate value
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to improve our offerings

Requirements

  • Positive and growth mindset with a default to proactivity
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, in SaaS or technology (preferably HR technology)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through renewals and expansion.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
  • Business acumen to understand customer challenges and connect them to Zensai’s solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven account management and accurate forecasting
  • A proactive, accountable problem-solving mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
